Multi-Tenant Security

Aurora implements Row-Level Security (RLS) and multi-tenant architecture to ensure complete data isolation between companies. Your organization's data is never accessible to other Aurora customers.

Data Backup and Recovery

We maintain regular backups of your data and have disaster recovery procedures in place. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical information where required by your business needs.

Subscription and Billing

Service Tiers

Aurora offers various subscription tiers with different feature sets and usage limits. Pricing and features are detailed on our website and subject to change with appropriate notice.

Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

Limitation of Liability

Aurora's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

Intellectual Property

Aurora Platform

Aurora and all related software, documentation, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Aurora. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform in accordance with these Terms.

User Content

You retain all rights to your content but grant Aurora the necessary rights to process, store, and display your content as part of our services. This includes allowing AI processing for resume parsing and candidate matching features.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of Aurora after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes
