Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Invitation System

Aurora uses an invitation-based system for adding new users to organizations. Company administrators can invite team members via email, and invitations expire after a specified period for security purposes.

Permitted Uses

• Recruiting and hiring qualified candidates
• Managing employee information and HR processes
• Coordinating interviews and candidate communications
• Generating recruitment and HR analytics
• Integrating with legitimate business tools and calendars

Prohibited Uses

• Discriminatory hiring practices based on protected characteristics
• Uploading malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempting to bypass security measures or access unauthorized data
• Using the platform for spamming or unsolicited communications
• Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access
• Reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing our software
• Using AI features to process inappropriate or illegal content

AI-Powered Resume Parsing

Aurora uses Google Gemini AI to automatically extract structured information from uploaded resumes and job descriptions. This processing helps streamline candidate evaluation and improves matching accuracy.

Data Processing Consent

By using Aurora's AI features, you consent to the processing of candidate information through our AI systems. All AI processing is performed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

AI Limitations and Human Oversight

• AI recommendations are assistive tools and require human judgment
• Final hiring decisions must always be made by qualified personnel
• Users are responsible for ensuring AI outputs comply with employment laws
• Aurora does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated insights

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Aurora, including candidate information, job postings, and company data. Aurora does not claim ownership of your content but requires certain rights to process and store your data to provide our services.

Multi-Tenant Security

Aurora implements Row-Level Security (RLS) and multi-tenant architecture to ensure complete data isolation between companies. Your organization's data is never accessible to other Aurora customers.

Data Backup and Recovery

We maintain regular backups of your data and have disaster recovery procedures in place. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical information where required by your business needs.

Service Tiers

Aurora offers various subscription tiers with different feature sets and usage limits. Pricing and features are detailed on our website and subject to change with appropriate notice.

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended until resolved
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time. Upon termination, you will retain access to your data for a grace period, after which data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

Third-Party Terms

Integration Liability

While Aurora strives to maintain reliable integrations, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services. Service disruptions or changes to third-party APIs may affect Aurora's functionality.

Service Availability

Aurora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs may cause temporary service disruptions.

AI and Automated Features

AI-powered features are provided as assistive tools only. Aurora does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific use case. Human oversight and judgment remain essential for all hiring decisions.

Aurora Platform

Aurora and all related software, documentation, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Aurora. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform in accordance with these Terms.

User Content

You retain all rights to your content but grant Aurora the necessary rights to process, store, and display your content as part of our services. This includes allowing AI processing for resume parsing and candidate matching features.
